With over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in companies such as Microsoft, Weber Shandwick, Boeing, and the Seattle Mariners, in 2007 Matt began Heinz Marketing where he champions a unique mix of techno-savvy and social media marketing with solid, back-to-basics relationship selling.
In fact, Matt believes the term “social selling” is really just another name for something the most successful sales professionals have known all along. “Social selling has been around forever,” he says. “Now there are just tools that make it easier, and leveled the playing field. It’s still relationship selling; building and fostering a relationship before (the customer) is ready to buy.
