About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team at Leadspace. In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end product life cycle — from strategy and ideation to execution, launch, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful data-driven SaaS products.
This is a hybrid position based at our Hod Hasharon offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including discovery, planning, execution, and release.
- Lead complex projects spanning multiple teams and technical domains.
- Leverage data, metrics, and analysis to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Work independently while fostering strong relationships across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Partner with UX and data teams to improve the product experience, enhance usability, and increase customer engagement.
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail in all product documentation and communications.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
- Proven track record of effectively leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Technical background with hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated passion for data, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English.
Advantages
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) products.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
